Melissa Kalan is an internationally recognised expert and published author in revenue and yield management. She is the Executive Director of the Creative Skills Retail Council (CSRC) and Executive Chair of the Australian Revenue Management Association. Melissa has spent her career helping service-based businesses strengthen commercial performance through value-based pricing, dynamic pricing, revenue diversification, revenue forecasting, commercial cohesiveness, operational efficiency, and effective customer segmentation.
In 2022, Melissa was bestowed the title of Honorary Adjunct Associate Professor by Taylor’s University, Malaysia, in recognition of her contribution to advancing education in this field. She is also a published author in the esteemed Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management.
