SHB Hairdressing and Beauty Services Training Package

Level II Certificates
* SHB20116 – Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics: Basic cosmetic and makeup skills, ideal for retail and salon assistant roles.
* SHB20216 – Certificate II in Salon Assistant: Entry-level qualification supporting salon operations and client service support. 

Level III Certificates
* SHB30115 – Certificate III in Beauty Services: Provides technical and customer-service skills in nails, waxing, lashes/brows and basic makeup.
* SHB30215 – Certificate III in Make‑Up: Focuses on makeup artistry across fashion, beauty, media and entertainment industries.
* SHB30315 – Certificate III in Nail Technology: Covers manicure, pedicure, nail art and enhanced nail services. 
* SHB30416 – Certificate III in Hairdressing: Core hairdressing qualification including cutting, colouring, styling, diagnosis and client consultation. 

Barbering
* SHB30516 – Certificate III in Barbering: Technical and consultation skills for barbering services like fades, straight‑edge shaves and beard. 

Level IV Certificates
* SHB40115 – Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy: Advanced beauty therapies such as facial, body, waxing, lash/brow, massage and retail consulting. 
* SHB40216 – Certificate IV in Hairdressing: Senior-level hairdressing covering complex colouring, chemical reformation, professional leadership and training roles. 

Diploma Level
* SHB50115 – Diploma of Beauty Therapy: Advanced beauty treatment skills - facials, body treatments, hair removal, makeup, retail and management contexts. 

* SHB50216 – Diploma of Salon Management: Business and leadership training for running a salon, managing staff and strategic operations in hair or beauty industry.
